I had a problem with my brand new washing machine. Mary was super helpful in trying to get somebody out to check the installation. Then she even suggested a simple fix that cleared up my problem. Highly recommend Ultimate Plumbing. I have worked with these great people for several years and the work they do is excellent, always very friendly and polite, very responsive as well.

There is no way possible to give this Company less then one star, but if there was they defiantly deserve it. I had and HVAC system placed by them in 2022, previous unit had been in our home 17years and the only service done was yearly maintained and a compressor fan replaced. In the year of their "free" service contract I had to call them 6 times for a brand new unit. First it was installed incorrectly and the issues just got worse after that to a leak that covered the ceiling. The last issue was last year when a year old thermostat blew a fuse which made the unit stop working all together. It was replaced even though we were 3 days past our 1year service agreement very grateful until last night 6 mos later on the coldest night of the year so far. The thermostat again stopped working and therefore the unit will not work. There website states HVAC emergency services and plumbing as does their recordings on their phone messages. I call and I am told that they can not come and do not offer Emergency HVAC services. Called the office this morning spoke with Natalie whom I have dealt with from day one and now I am being told they no longer offer HVAC services but the parts for the unit are under warranty for 10years.

I just wanted to share my experience with Ultimate Plumbing. First time using them. I had two hot water heaters installed. I called them for a quote, which was less than the competitors on a Wednesday. The installer John showed up on time the next day and promptly went to work. He was very informative about the process and walked me through everything and finished on time. Could not have asked for a better experience from the customer service person and the installer. Have used them in the past. Recently they came on very short notice to mitigate what could have been a devastating issue. Always quality work performed.
